Our Mission and Goal at RONASPORT41 is to provide a service to potential prospective athletes from the junior high school level to the high school. We aim to improve each sport skill set through mechanical range of motion. This will enchanted each athletes ability to perform at a much higher level with strength, speed and agility in all areas of sports. We believe with the commitment and dedication the athlete will achieve beyond a higher standard and will become model athlete and citizen professionally be an asset on and off the field in the community.

Maximize Your Racing Skills

I will teach you how to race more efficiently. Do you know the best ways to fuel and hydrate during a race? I will teach you. Do you want to learn how to run more efficiently on the track (which requires much skill, running smart, as well as being in top condition)? I will teach you effective race strategies that you can use to defeat your opponents.

Ronald Morgan

Certified Personal Trainer

Ronald Morgan is a Level 1 coach with over 27 years of experience coaching runners and other endurance athletes on how to improve their performance. Coach Ronald Morgan is a lifelong student as well as an educator. He earned both a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, from Dillard University. He added additional practical experience over years working as a Physical Education teacher at the high school level. Coach Morgan is a frequent contributor to improving health condition and endurance in running, where his training advise are widely sought by an enthusiastic audience of dedicated athletes. In founding Ronapsports Endurance Coaching, Coach Morgan hopes to share insights, gained over a lifetime of training and coaching, helping avid runners, triathletes and other athletes optimize their training regimens to achieve new personal records.

I'm a certified Personal trainer, IFBB Pro Bodybuilder with a B.S in Biology. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a healthy mindset. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout until you build confidence and strength you need. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

Personal trainer, former Division 1 and Division 2 college athlete, and wellness advocate. I'm passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and unlocking their full potential. My experience as a college athlete gave me the tools and discipline to help others reach their goals, both physically and mentally. I specialize in strength and conditioning and sports performance. I'm a strong believer in God, family, and teamwork, and I strive to embody these values in everything I do. In my free time, I enjoy Traveling, spending time with family, weightlifting, hiking, and exploring new cultures. I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and live a healthy, active lifestyle.

Allan Nguyen

Certified Personal Trainer

Allan Nguyen has been a head trainer for two years at his fitness center, certified for four, specialize in strength building and functionality. Along with being certified as a Personal Trainer he is currently attending Nova Southeastern University where he will receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has an array of clientele ranging from the age of 18 to 76. With this expertise he has learned to articulate exercises, training modalities and nutrition to a high level. He has successfully trained clients who have had strokes, brain trauma, muscle atrophy and professional athletes. Allan takes pride in building strength and functionality to the highest so you can perform your best whether it’s playing with your grandkids or on the sports field. Nothing is better than doing what you love pain free and at your best.

Standing on the shoulders of pioneers, Jay Ashby has never done anything but win. She has done it with fire, with polish and with integrity. She is Generation Next, the thoughtful athlete turned cultural icon, loved by the media and anointed by God himself. She is an advocate for change, a humanitarian, and young star--she is changing the game. Experience WNBA June 2022 – July 2022 · Private workouts with Las Vegas Aces, Los Angeles Sparks, and Dallas Wings. · Dominated the workouts. This gifted, hard working, talented man had a heart of a lion destined to play in the NFL.
